Document sharing, on-line
The implementation of a document sharing system, involving both internal and external entities, is generally a long, complex and costly process.
The Oryanoo portal was designed to deliver a proven and reliable solution to this issue. Since you do not have to worry about the technicalities, you can focus on the functional side of your portal (articles organisation, access rights, ...).

Why an Extranet based on the Oryanoo technology ?

Oryanoo portal technical features:
- Tree structure with articles and sub-articles
- Dynamic tree of articles, built against the user profile
- Access right management at the article level
Access rights are defined by the virtual office administrator - Access rights:
- Read,
- Write,
- Delete,
- Proprietary write,
- Proprietary delete,

- Notifications by email and pop-up window
When the notification system is activated, all concerned individuals are informed of the publication of a new document on the portal. - No technical limit to the size of the portal space

Each article features:
- Its name,
- Its display position in the portal
- Its access type (Intranet or extranet)
- Its access rights
- The quota assigned to the article and the possible sub-articles underneath it;
Announcements and documents are published in an information
article.
An announcement features:
- Subject (announcement or document title)
- Announcement text (or text presenting the document)
- Attached files (of any type : text, calc sheets, presentation, image, sound or video, ...)
- Life span (or expiration date)
If files are of the .gif or .jpg types, then they will be displayed as thumbnails when the announcement is displayed.
