1 : User accounts
Your virtual office administration interface allows you to create or to suppress user accounts as required by your business. Each month, you are only invoiced for active accounts. Minimum invoice is for 2 user accounts.
2 : E-mailing usage
This service is invoiced only when you make use of it. Its purpose is to send emails in bulk and is not to be confused with the standard webmail usage that is unlimited and free.
3 : Additional storage space
Each user is granted 1Gb that contributes to the global space that the various databases and files may spread over. As an example, 3 users will benefit from a total of 3 Gb storage space. If your global need is for more, then each additional Gb will be invoiced at the displayed rate.
4 : Extranet accounts
« Extranet » accounts are simplified accounts in the way that they can only access the Portal module. This type of account is ideal for customers or partners you wish to exchange information with for a given project duration.
