ORYANOO 5.7

Available on September 15th, 2006, ORYANOO 5.7 comes with major new functionalities. Here is a brief description of some of them:

LDAP

Oryanoo 5.7 has now the ability to connect to an LDAP directory so as to manage users authentication. You only have to declare your LDAP server in the administration interface of you virtual office and the system will then automatically deal with the creation of new user accounts and their updating as per the information found in your enterprise directory.

Synchronisation of Palm, Pocket PC, Outlook, ...

Oryanoo 5.7 allows you to synchronise your emails, contacts and calendar with Outlook and/or your PDA. The process rely on standard protocols: IMAP for emails, SyncML for calendars and contacts. This synchronisation is achieved directly through Internet, between your PDA and your Oryanoo server. Your personal data assistant must therefore be able to access Internet (through WiFi, Edge, 3G, ...).

Your CRM enters the 4th dimension!

Oryanoo 5.7 now offers a generic database allowing you to host any information related to your day to day activities. Our CRM applications now access 4 customisable tables:

Each table may contain as many types as necessary.

Let us give an example.

Suppose that you have to manage the following data within Oryanoo:

Companies:

Contacts:

Operations:

Events:

For each of the companies, contacts, operations and events table, the virtual office administrator will create the different types (i.e. Prospects, Customers and Suppliers for the Companies table).

Then, for each type, the administrator will define the required fields to be recorded in the database as well as the associated views for both display and edit screens.

In our example, a view for “Professional contacts” could contain the fields:

When the view for “Candidates (HR) will contain the fields:

As many fields as required may be created. They can be of different types:

The whole of the customisation is carried out very easily by the virtual office administrator without him having to be an IT expert!
